Patrons applying for borrowing privileges must be residents of Morgan, Weber, or Summit counties. Applicants must:

• Sign library authorization card
• Show valid photo ID
• Provide proof of residency (bank statement, utility bill, etc.)

Non-residents may apply for a Morgan County Library card for a yearly fee of $25.00.

Up to 15 copies of a title can be requested through Book Buzz, part of the Utah State Library's interlibrary loan program. Patrons can make requests online at library.utah.gov/book-buzz or by clicking the link on our homepage.

The community meeting room seats approximately 10-15 people and is available without charge for community, civic, or governmental groups during library operating hours only. Private social gatherings are not permitted. The room is scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. Call the library to reserve. (801) 829-3481.
